Dung Quat Bay is an industrial bay in Quang Ngai province in central Vietnam, home to Vietnam's first oil refinery and a major industrial port. The area is close to My Lai, the site of the 1968 Vietnam War massacre, which is now a memorial and museum of historical significance.
