The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a mandatory digital arrival declaration that must be submitted by ALL visitors to Singapore, regardless of nationality or visa status. It is not a visa — it is a free online form that replaces the old paper disembarkation card. Submit at eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard or via the myICA mobile app, ideally 1–3 days before arrival. The form asks for travel details, accommodation, and a health declaration. Failure to submit may result in delays at immigration. For all visa-exempt nationalities covered in this file, the SGAC is the only formality required before boarding. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
