Citizens of Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand (ASEAN members), Nepal, Sri Lanka, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, and Turkey may enter Singapore without a visa for up to 30 days under bilateral or regional visa exemption arrangements. No advance application or fee is required — the exemption is granted on arrival at Changi Airport and both land border checkpoints (Woodlands and Tuas). The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) digital declaration must be submitted online at eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard 1–3 days before arrival — this is the only formality required before boarding. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. Note: Indian and Russian passport holders are not covered by any Singapore on-arrival exemption and must obtain a pre-approved visa before travel.

The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a mandatory digital arrival declaration that must be submitted by ALL visitors to Singapore, regardless of nationality or visa status.
