The Indonesia eVOA (electronic Visa on Arrival) is the standard entry route for over 97 nationalities worldwide. The fee is IDR 500,000 (approximately USD 30) payable in cash or by card at the VOA counter on arrival, or pre-paid online at molina.imigrasi.go.id before travel (recommended). The eVOA grants 30 days and can be extended once for another 30 days at any Regional Immigration Office (Kantor Imigrasi) — cost IDR 500,000 additional. Available at all international airports (Bali/Ngurah Rai, Jakarta/Soekarno-Hatta, Surabaya, Lombok, Manado, Makassar, Batam, Medan) and select ferry terminals. For overland crossings (e.g. Entikong-Tebedu), the eVOA must be pre-arranged online before arrival.
