Ca Mau is the southernmost province and city in Vietnam, at the tip of the Ca Mau Peninsula where the Gulf of Thailand meets the South China Sea. The Ca Mau National Park protects one of the world's largest mangrove ecosystems, a labyrinth of waterways teeming with wildlife including rare birds, crocodiles, and vast colonies of fireflies at night.
