⛴️ Ho Chi Minh City Seaport
Sea Port · Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is served by Nha Rong Wharf and the newer Phu My deep-water port (40 km from the city centre). Cruise ships using Phu My provide shuttle buses to the city. The port is the entry point for the vast southern delta region: the War Remnants Museum, the Cu Chi Tunnels, the Mekong Delta, and the city's extraordinary food scene are all accessible from here. Ho Chi Minh City itself is one of Asia's great megacities — chaotic, vibrant, and endlessly fascinating. The city is safe for tourists, though petty theft (bag snatching from motorbikes) is a genuine concern in busy areas; keep bags and cameras secure. No corruption at the port level.
